Meeting the Deputy Ruler of Dubai

The group recently exhibited at Arab Health 2018 in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 29 January – 01 February 2018. With representatives attending from HCE-UK, Medi-plinth, HCE-Ghana and HCEM India, our team were excited to meet with our current suppliers and provide more global exposure to our group. The convention was filled with healthcare related companies exhibiting the best products and services from the global market. We had a very successful first day, the group had a meeting with deputy ruler of Dubai, Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum whilst he was attending Hall 7, of which we were located.

The second day of our exhibit allowed us time to meet up with team members from both HCE Ghana and HCEM India. The team had an opportunity to explore more of the convention and we were all blown away by it’s scale. Arab health is one of the largest medical shows with over 8000 exhibitors visiting this year. We were extremely impressed with the great organisation of the convention, particularly the taxi logistics moving big crowds in and out each day.

Our third day at Arab Health was our busiest and most interesting. Plenty of time spent conversing with customers and other visitors to the show, with lots of interest in our Medi-plinth couches. Together we clocked up over 15,000 steps, further exploring the convention and meeting up with our trusted suppliers and partners across the floor. We did take the chance to grab some snaps of us visiting Seca and Siemens exhibits, although there we did meet many more.

Overall we had a fantastic time in Dubai and were definitely feeling the love. We had a really great response from both the industry, visitors and our suppliers. Our group are extremely grateful for the continued support and ideas to innovate even further in the future!
